– Get into the back of the Ice Cream Shop and get the rat poison
– Go into other house across the street and go in the ICA Safe House and go through the toilet onto the roof and go left up on the balcony
– Get the kitchen assistant disguise and the Mansion Keycard
– Go down from the balcony and go left down the wall
– Walk into the door next to it and go immediately left
– Get the second rat poison from the kitchen and go out
– Go through the window across the place and get the romantic note
– Go to the Golf Coach’s Water Bottle and poison it
– Stand in vicinity of the Golf Coach and listen to his call
– Wait for him to drink the water and go to the toilet
– Drown him in the toilet, pick up his phone and disguise and call De Santis
– Turn on the music in the main room and poison the glass of champagne next to the TV
– Wait for De Santis to arrive and drink the champagne
– Let her go to the toilet and drown her there
– Mission accomplished! ;D
